Visitors can either call the Manager or an apartment number. 

They have to press ‘CLEAR’ to initiate the action, then press the apartment number followed by ‘CALL’.

If they don’t know the apartment number pressing ‘CALL’ takes them straight through to the Manager. 

Either a homeowner or the manager will communicate with them.
